Sign-up Administrator

We are looking for another top player to our dedicated Sign-up team. As a Sign-up administrator you will work close to the core of SNS business, and your job is to support the team in making sure the raffle-process runs smoothly both for customers and internally. The position is a part time position, and from time to time it includes working during inconvenient working hours. You will work at SNS HQ located at Södermalm, and report to the Head of Sign-Up Operations.

You will work with all the steps in our Sign-up process, the process includes some challenging administration where there are often quite tight and multiple deadlines. You operate sign-ups for SNS globally, and will have many connection points with our buying, stores, and logistics team to coordinate and make sure that all teams have the information needed to process the sign-up and pickups properly.

To take on this role you need to have very strong excel and/or google sheets skills and you need to have a solid understanding of the limited sneaker market. Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must, and any additional languages is an advantage.

We operate multiple Sign-ups at a high pace and to manage that it is important that you are very well organized, with a high ability for multitasking and problem solving. Also, it is important that you are ready to roll up the sleeves and work through manual and repetitive tasks when needed. We are looking for you who takes own initiative and is a strong team player.

It is important that you are strong in numerical and logical reasoning, as well as excel why the final candidates will do some tests and work samples on this.
