We are looking for a part time Front Desk receptionist to join our team at SNS HQ located at Södermalm, Stockholm. 

As a Front Desk receptionist you will be an important brand ambassador for SNS. You are the one welcoming guests, partners, collaborators as well as colleagues, making sure the vibe is right from the first step into our office. 

You will be responsible to make sure the our working spaces, conference rooms, kitchen etc always is in top condition, and serve as the office “go-to” person for all questions regarding the office. The work tasks will vary from time to time with such as error reporting to the landlord, ordering catering or fika, receive shipments, postal service, and more. Now and then you will arrange smaller events for our staff, such as barbecues, birthday celebrations, after works and more. 

We believe that you are a proactive and action oriented person who have worked with service before. You are well organized, good with multitasking and have excellent problem solving skills. Our business language is English and you need to be fluent both in writing and speaking.

We are looking for someone who can start with short notice.  For the right person, there will be good chances of extension.
