Production Manager

Are you a passionate, experienced and organized production manager, with your finger on the pulse of the sneaker and streetwear culture? Then we might just have the perfect opportunity for you! We have an opening for a production manager to join the SNS Label team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the manufacturing process of our own brand runs efficiently and smoothly .

This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of SNS Label, based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, with occasional business travels to manufacturers.

Tasks include, but are not limited to

• Operate the production process by planning, coordinating and controlling cost, quality, quantities and deliveries
• Work closely with designers and provide expert knowledge of production techniques, MOQ, costs, pricing etc.
• Lead the dialogue and order flow with manufacturers, work proactively and solve potential issues to enable smooth collaboration
• Turn design handover into tech packs, measurements and patterns
• Break down production schedule, monitor the development and adjust when needed
• Evaluate samples, fabrics and trims up until final productions and control fittings
• Source qualities, trims, and possible manufacturers for future drops

Who you are

You need to have an academic degree within business or fashion/design, at least 5 years’ experience from working with product development/production/fabric/buying as well as technical experience from design, pattern making or garment construction. It is essential that you are detailed-oriented and efficient, have strong Excel, Illustrator and preferably PLM system skills as well as experience working with multiple product groups on a global level. To be successful in this role you need to be a strong communicator that easily develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships, is comfortable with giving & receiving positive as well as constructive feedback and be able to work under own initiative while also being a great team player.
