Store Associate

We are looking for a Part-time Store Associate to join our Paris team (one-year fixed-term contract).

At SNS you will get to work for a global company with passionate and fun colleagues. You will also become an important voice of SNS within the local community in Paris.

Main responsibilities

• Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service.
• Keep the store space fresh and representative.
• Connect with and build long-term relations with key customers.
• Visual merchandising.
• Support stockroom with deliveries, transfers, stock takes and keeping stock system data updated.
• Cask desk transactions and opening/closing procedures.
• Support product launches, content shoots, and activations where appropriate/requested.

Skill requirements and soft skills

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Excellent knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and current trends.
• Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Emphasizes honesty, punctuality, and always staying professional.
• Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes.
• Fluent in the local language.
