We're hiring a SoMe & Community Content Manager!
At SNS we sell sneakers. That is the core of our business. But there is more to it than that. SNS legacy was built around nerdlike knowledge of the product itself, but also the knowledge and passion for the cultures that makes the product relevant, our community, the people and creativity - as well as our customers, new and returning.
Our mission today is to give product (sneakers) cultural context for our audience by pairing them up with sub-cultures around Music, Art and Basketball - and to build our global audience and community, engage and entertain around all the things we're passionate about. It's about how we not only show up online, but also about what and who we are.
As our Social Media and Community Content Manager, your mission is to build this with us. Our social media content and expression, community and conversations and engagement across platforms. It's to create, generate and organize content for our channels - whether about sneakers, from our stores, activations or people - and present this the world into best way possible. The role will also include working with the team on daily marketing work such as seeding, coordination of projects and more!
The ideal candidate is passionate about sneakers and the subcultures we operate within - art, music, basketball, and is creative, organized and an ace communicator. They understand social media has a feel for what to populate it with and enjoys working across teams and functions with planning, publishing and structure.
Who you are
- First and foremost: You love sneakers. You’re deep in the culture—whether it’s Nike, Jordan, adidas, or the niche brands flying under the radar. You don’t just wear them—you know the stories behind them, who it appeals to and why - and can keep a conversation going.
- You are passionate about social media and content and knows what works on and for social media platforms - and can create and build on that.
- You have an understanding and passion for Music, Art, Basketball and you like to keep up with pop-culture.
- A doer. You’re proactive and hands-on, not afraid to dive in, meet deadlines, and keep things moving—even when it gets hectic.
- An enthusiastic and organized team player with an eye for creative and great content.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to capture the SNS tone of voice and speak to the global sneaker community. Bonus points if you also speak Swedish, German, or French—languages that connect directly to our core markets and communities.
- Curious and independent, but also collaborative—you know the best work comes through teamwork.
Main areas of resonsibility - Manage SNS owned Social Media Channels: Create and manage calendars, posting schedules, copy and flow across Meta, TikTok, more.
- To collect and coordinate content from SNS stores, global teams, external creators and internal activations and distribute across relevant teams and channels.
- Ensure that SNS content flow is high quality, feels authentic and is in line with SNS tone and aesthetic.
- Build a vibrant SoMe and content ecosystem that strengthens the brand and engages our community, both digitally and physically. A key part is to create and drive a content schedule that is coordinated with our output needs, product flow and larger brand moments in collaboration with suppliers.
- Evaluate activity & accounts for insights to continuously improve and evolve content, postings and campaigns.
- Lead communication/interaction with our community in our social channels
- Coordinate and support marketing team with asset collection, organization, seeding and other weekly initiatives.
