About the role
As a Junior Web Coordinator & CRM Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of SNS’s daily e-com operations. Working closely with marketing and operations teams, you’ll help push products and launches live, maintain on-site accuracy, and provide an extra set of eyes across product presentation, collections, content etc in Shopify.

You’ll also support CRM activities in Klaviyo, helping ensure product launches, updates and campaigns are communicated clearly and consistently to our community. From checking product data and visuals to assisting with launch execution and post-launch follow-ups, this role plays a key part in how customers experience SNS every day.

This position is ideal for someone early in their e-commerce career - hungry to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You may already have a couple of years of experience in a similar operational, digital, or retail setup and are ready to grow your skills within a brand where execution matters just as much as creativity. The salary range for the role is: 27.000 – 30.000 SEK/month.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandising products across collection pages

• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of collection pages

• Assisting with product publishing and release processes, ensuring products go live on time for hard launch dates and campaign-led releases

• Taking proactive actions to support sales opportunities

• Assisting with analyzing slow-moving items, identifying actions and following up accordingly

• Assisting with price competitiveness analysis and related adjustments

• Reviewing and resolving on-site issues such as 404 pages and similar errors

• Acting as an extra set of eyes to ensure product names, information, copy and pricing are accurate on site

• Assisting with on-site content coordination

• Assisting with campaign and flow creation in Klaviyo

  You’re positive, proactive, and a hands-on doer who takes responsibility for your tasks and follows through. You’re comfortable working independently within clear frameworks, while knowing when to ask questions or align with others.
  
  You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy having a lot going on and keep a strong eye on detail without losing momentum. You’re confident working across digital tools and systems and experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is highly meritorious, as is confidence in Excel and knowledge of Adobe tools such as Photoshop.
