We are looking for a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce to lead that work.
The Role
As Head of E-Commerce, you own the performance and profitability of the SNS digital business.
This role is about driving profitable growth — not just revenue growth.
You will lead the digital business across USA, UK, France, Germany and Sweden, ensuring that every initiative contributes to margin, efficiency and long-term sustainability.
You are part of the SNS Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO, managing a team of two co-workers and working alongside Finance, Marketing, Tech and Sales/Buying to drive overall business performance.
What You’ll Focus On
Drive Profitable Growth
· Increase revenue with clear margin focus
· Improve conversion rate, AOV and retention
· Strengthen CRM contribution
· Optimize paid media efficiency and ROI
Maximize Commercial Impact
· Prioritize initiatives based on financial return
· Align digital merchandising with inventory and cash flow priorities
· Reduce waste and increase contribution margin
Lead Shopify & Digital Operations
· Own and optimize our global Shopify setup
· Ensure strong data and reporting
· Drive structured SEO and digital visibility
Connect Digital & Retail
· Align online and store priorities
· Ensure drops and activations drive both revenue and profitability
Build for the Next Generation
· Help ensure SNS remains relevant for young adults globally
· Balance culture and commercial performance
The Team
You will lead the E-commerce team consisting of an E-commerce & Content Merchandiser and an Ecom Specialist. As part of the SNS Leadership Team, you collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Tech and Sales/Buying.
Who You Are
· You have at least 5–8 years experience in international e-commerce
· You have at least 3-5 years of sucessful management experience
· Strong hands-on Shopify experience (at least 3 years)
· Solid CRM and performance marketing understanding
· Highly KPI-driven and commercially disciplined
· Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
· A positive teamplayer
· Understand both culture and conversion
· Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills
· Comfortable translating data into clear commercial actions
· Passionate about sneakers and subcultures around music, art and basketball
