Store Associate - Stockholm

We are now looking for Store Associates (hourly contracts) to join our Stockholm team.
If you are looking for an extra gig with flexibility - look no further! We are searching for someone that has a flexible schedule and can be available to work "on demand", which can be weekdays, weekends, during peak and sales periods as well as to cover holidays, absences etc.
The Role
You build and increase awareness and loyalty to SNS by being an SNS Ambassador and engaging with the local community. You represent SNS, bring energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and creativity to our store and our customers. You deliver premium customer service while always striving towards exceeding sales targets. You also:
· Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service.
· Keep the store space nice and representative.
· Connect with and build long term relations with key customers and brand representatives.
· Work with visual merchandising.
· Help out with cash desk transactions and opening/closing procedures.
· Support product launches, content shoots and activations when appropriate/requested.
· Support stockroom with deliveries, transfers, orders and optimizing stock levels.
Who You Are
· At least one 1 year of experience in retail
· Passionate about sneakers, music, art & basketball.
· Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in premium customer service.
· Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Emphasizes honesty, punctuality, discretion and always staying professional.
· Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes.
· Moderate computer skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to details, and a great eye for accuracy.
· Fluent in English and at least 1 local language.
